① 정관스님의 철학적인 요리, The Philosopher’s Kitchen Jeong Kwan — This show is a two-episode documentary series. It’s incredibly calming and beautifully filmed. It reminds me a lot of Little Forest. It makes you think about our relationship with the food we eat, the intentionality with which we cook and source our food, the pace at which we live our lives, and what it looks like to be deeply connected with oneself, our land, our surroundings, and the creatures among which we live.
